Reza Manesh MD
Reza co-founded Clinical Problem Solvers with the mission to democratize the teaching of diagnostic reasoning. The CPSolvers podcast has listeners in over 165 countries.
His goal is to help others find joy in their health care training and careers. His passion is learning and teaching diagnostic reasoning.
Reza was born in Tehran, Iran. His family immigrated to the United States when he was 2 years old. He grew up in a suburb outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed internal medicine residency training at University of California San Francisco. He was recognized by his peers at UCSF as the doctor most exemplifying the personal and professional qualities of a UCSF physician through the Jeffrey Weingarten Award. His first faculty position was as clinician-educator at Johns Hopkins University for five years where he was awarded the Osler Housestaff Full-Time Faculty Teaching Award.
He enjoys bodybuilding, long sessions on the elliptical, and eating at Chipotle. He is not sponsored by Chipotle, yet.
